For anyone looking to sell a home, I would highly recommend Kevin as your realtor.  With all the realtors available, you want someone you can trust, that respects what you have to say, appreciates and understands why you are selling your house, and shows a genuine interest in wanting to sell your home...with Kevin, we received all that. 

My wife and I appreciated Kevin's "no beating around the bush- tell it like it is" attitude and his ongoing honesty regarding market valuations, activity, and recommendations in helping us sell and market our home.
